There are all different ways to meditate. Through breathing, stillness, movement and the list goes on. The key is to find what’s right for you and then practice. So, if you’re struggling to quiet your mind, find inner peace or connect with your intuition, Diane can show you how.
With over 35 years’ experience meditating and teaching others, Diane will show you how to turn down the noise, tap into the silence and fine tune your guidance. It’s easier than you think and what you may have been led to believe! She will also share with your a powerful affirmation to help restore and revitalise your body to its natural state of health.
If you prefer to lie down to meditate, please bring a small rug and head cushion or if you have a favourite crystal or other accouterments, you are welcome to bring these along.
