Dare2Rescue
September 30 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

If you’ve gone to the movies recently and watched Sound of Freedom, then we have a treat for you. Marc Nuss, another champion of the cause will share his remarkable story of working with Destiny Rescue, saving children from the child sex trafficking in his special presentation, Dare2Rescue on Saturday 30 September.
Destiny Rescue is a Not-for-Profit organisation started in Australia over 22 years ago and is dedicated to fighting the trafficking and sexual exploitation of children in ten nations. Their highly trained agents run covert and raid rescue operations, day and night to locate and rescue children being used and abused.
With the ongoing support of generous donors, Destiny Rescue has successfully liberated over 13,500 individual victims of human trafficking. They have been instrumental in the closing of many bars, clubs and brothels known to be targeting children for sex work and have seen numerous perpetrators prosecuted. Their tireless work has also helped keep hundreds more young ones from entering the sex trade through various local community prevention programs and delivered justice and care for those who have been rescued.
During the months and years after our children are rescued, Destiny Rescue provides housing, food, health checkups, school and vocational training fees, specialist care and more. It’s their largest expense as an organisation. However, they believe this investment is essential because being able to offer support and education paves the way for a brighter, hope-filled future for every child.
