Dare2Connect – Nature Walk & Meditation
May 27 @ 8:00 am - 9:30 am
Free
Now is the time to connect with and improve your personal well-being on all levels…physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and financial.
And what better way to dare2connect to the first 4 aspects of your personal well being but to join Diane Demetre for an early morning nature walk and meditation at the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area.
Surrounded by waking kangaroos and sleeping koala in the trees, we’ll take a leisurely 30 minute walk to a secluded spot where we’ll align with the spirit of nature. Under the trees, we’ll get comfy, and Diane will conduct an uplifting morning meditation, connecting us with our inner self and the natural world. This will be followed by a general discussion before retracing our steps feeling refreshed and energised. These couple of hours are the perfect way to focus the mind, open the heart and enrich the soul!
Requirements: Bring a small back pack with a small rug or towel to sit on, some water, a hat, sunscreen and wear sensible shoes.
Turn off Pine Ridge Road into Lakelands Road (to Raintree Glen)
Keep driving straight ahead on Lakelands Road into the Conservation area.
Stop at the first car park on your right.
Assemble near the large Conservation Area map.
We’ll be departing at 8.00am SHARP, so please come early.
NOTE: There are no public toilets on site or nearby so be prepared.
Afterwards, gather at the Ross Evans Garden Centre for morning tea and conscious conversations.
Please email info@dare2careaustralia.com to confirm your attendance so in case you’re running late, we will wait a few minutes for you to arrive.
